On prioritization

This morning, I wanted to analyze an important subject that would help me with my goals, but I didn’t.

I went into 2-3 other small things that grabbed my attention. While closing the morning hours, I was wondering: perhaps, it is more important to execute well than to strategize well.

It’s easy to get caught up in daily routines that you forget about building your legacy.

It’s easy to focus on the problems that you forget chasing your ambitions. It’s easy to get pulled into ordinary quests of life that you lose sight of being excellent.

Yet, life passes by at a horrifying rate. And if you don’t use each hour to do even one thing to execute per your chief goals that advance your vision and to become your absolute best, you might not be being truthful to your purpose.

I am inspecting my morning hours and in the process of aligning myself remembering what Sue Grafton said,

“Ideas are easy. It’s the execution of ideas that really separates the sheep from the goats.”
