I am also the co-founder of Upsqaure, a Mobile Apps Production Company based at Ahmedabad, India. It started as Space-O Digicom and provided UX Consulting services along with developing its own mobile apps. After seven years and selling two business units, it rebranded itself as Upsquare with single focus of designing, developing and marketing its own apps primarily on iOS and occasionally on Android platforms.

I am also the co-founder of Yories, a personalized storytelling platform for children.

In 2017, I sold two of my sub-companies to their respective buyers and made profitable exits.

After selling two of my sub-companies, I founded Phenovox. Ventures arm of Phenovox is an early-stage angel investment and research company that brings tech startups and small businesses financial and intellectual capital, deep strategic + operational expertise and access to global networks. It also has a consulting arm that provides commercialization consulting, mentoring and advise to small businesses. 

This is my personal blog where I share my experiences about business and life.

I also write at ScrumZen.com. ScrumZen is a blog focused on the process of building better software using Scrum. (Note 2016: I no longer update ScrumZen blog. I have come to realize that solutions, not just the processes make things meaningful)

My primary aim is to influence every being, humans or otherwise, discover, expand and operate at their peak potential.

My mission is to help everyone around me to live passionately, work with laser focus and lead regardless of their title.

While I am executing my mission, I am living my primary aim. When I am living my primary aim, I am celebrating myself because when my surrounding is operating at peak potential, I also feel energized and either lead them or follow them!

Most of my writing revolves around zen, personal development, leadership, love, startup, productivity, product development, user experience, scrum, design thinking, unconventional living, traveling, minimalism, social media, and entrepreneurship.  On occasion, I write about stuff that doesn’t fit neatly into one of these topics.

I share my experiences that might be insightful and relevant in a way you can put it to work to enrich your life.
